right, we now got a place with not bad condition as an office, but definitely NOT for workshop. our plan is to convert this office to workshop with loft style: raw concrete wall, rough tile, wooden are in our mind. After checking with our friend who is a worker on renovation, it seems our idea on the wall design doesn't really work on the existing condition of the walls. The walls are well treated, if we want to have concrete wall, instead of putting concrete on, we should first remove the paint first, in this way, it seems taking too much time and effort, probably out of our budget and cannot meet our planned timeline...
we gotta look for alternative...
